Point-In-Time Count Infographic

The Point in Time Count is an annual, nation-wide survey of people experiencing homelessness. The data collected during this count is important for measuring the current state of homelessness as a country. The letter and tabloid versions of the infographic give visual representations of key data from the 2018 Point in Time Count in Manchester, NH and was produced for the Manchester Continuum of Care.
